For short-term & single-family rental operators
Pay for turnovers you can see.
Your cleaners capture guided photos of every room after each changeover. Teleport checks them and returns a receipt: cleaned, staged, no new damage. Pay the vendor on it, and settle deposit disputes with it.

The turnover problem
Every changeover is a payment you can't check.
Cleaners paid on trust
You pay per turnover, and find out it was rushed when the next guest complains.
Deposit disputes
Damage turns up and nobody can say whether it happened before check-in or after check-out.
Inspections don't scale
Sending someone to check every changeover costs more than the cleaning itself.
How it works
Four steps from checkout to ready.

- 01 · Set up
Add units and a room checklist
Load each unit and its staging standard once. Each checkout sends the cleaner a capture link.
- 02 · Capture
The cleaner shoots each room
Guided shots of every room and the usual damage spots, live in the unit inside the turnover window.
- 03 · Check
Teleport verifies
Location and time checks, reused-photo screening and a comparison with the last accepted turnover. Models estimate; a versioned policy and human reviewers decide.
- 04 · Decide
You get a receipt per turnover
Accept, review or reject per room. New damage is flagged against the last receipt, with the photos you need for a claim.
A deposit dispute, settled
Two receipts put the damage inside one stay.
Each turnover leaves a receipt. When something breaks, the one before the stay and the one after it answer the question nobody could before.

What you get
A record of every unit, between every guest.
- A decision for each room, not just the whole unit
- New damage flagged against the last accepted turnover
- Receipts you can share with an owner, a guest or a claims team
- Fraud screening for old photos and the wrong unit
- CSV export for your property management system
What a receipt proves, and what it doesn't
Each room was visibly cleaned and staged to your checklist, captured in the unit inside the turnover window, with photos that are new for this turnover.
Hygiene standards, hidden damage, or anything the photos don't show. That scope statement is printed on every receipt.

Questions rental operators ask
What does the cleaner need to do?
Open the link sent at checkout and follow the shot list, room by room. It's a few guided shots per room, captured in the unit, so it's checked for location and time.
Does this replace our inspectors?
For routine changeovers, mostly. You set the rules: weak evidence or flagged damage can trigger an independent inspection, and high-value units can always get one.
Can a guest or owner check a receipt?
Yes. Share the link. It shows the decision and how it was reached. You choose which photos to release for a claim.
What happens to the photos?
They stay private to you. The public receipt shows the decision and how it was reached, never raw images, guest names or the unit's address.
Book a pilot
Turnovers you don't have to re-check.
Tell us about your portfolio. We'll set up a pilot in one market and baseline your complaints and disputes before the first turnover.
